All full registrations will be entitled to:
entry to all scientific sessions and industry symposia
programmed morning and afternoon teas and lunches from Saturday to Tuesday
electronic conference programme and meeting abstracts via the ASM App
A ticket to the Welcome Reception and Industry Exhibition Opening.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 1 April 2025. There is an $150 cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances after this date, but substitute delegates are acceptable.
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our ASM Meeting Manager, lara@themeetingpeople.com.au. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the ASM, you must notify us in writing by email lara@themeetingpeople.com.au.

Payment can be made by credit card (via secure online registration only with MasterCard or Visa only).
Please contact the reg@themeetingpeople.com.au for electronic banking transfer details.
All registrations need to be submitted via the online registration and they will be acknowledged by return email. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement upon the completion of your online registration, please contact the reg@themeetingpoeple.com.au to ensure that your details have been received.
Payments will be listed on your credit card statement with The Meeting People Pty Ltd.

Australia has a Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. Overseas delegates are not exempt from paying this tax. All fees and costs quoted in the brochure are GST inclusive. The Australian Rheumatology Association is registered for GST - the ABN is 16 002 876 520. Upon payment online you will receive a tax invoice.

In case of industrial disruption or other external events causing disruption to the meeting, the Local Organising Committee, the ARA and the Meeting Managers of the Annual Scientific Meeting accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

Membership Categories
ARA/NZRA have the following categories for membership.
Full Members, being persons who are:
medical practitioners with appropriate training in rheumatology as defined by AHPRA as a rheumatology specialist.
Medical Associate Members, whose work as medical practitioners is related to rheumatic diseases such as Rheumatology Advanced Trainees.
Healthcare Professional Members, those who work in the field of rheumatology such as exercise physiologists, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists, researchers, rheumatology nurses.
The other option to register is as a Non-ARA Member. For those that are currently not a member of ARA or NZRA, but are a medical or healthcare professional.
To register you must be a medical or healthcare professional in order to attend the meeting. ARA 2025 is not open to non medical attendees.

Time: 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm
Included in full registration fees.
Extra ticket cost: $75 per ticket (includes cocktail food and drinks)
Join us for the Welcome Reception and Industry Opening in the Industry Exhibition If you wish to purchase a ticket for an accompanying person, please do so on the registration form.
Please note that children are not able to attend this function due to Medicines Australia compliance for Industry participation.

ARA Annual Dinner
Date: Monday 5th May 2025
Venue: Adelaide Oval
Cost: $150 per ticket (includes dinner and drinks)
Join us for the Annual ARA Conference Dinner being held at the iconic Adelaide Oval a 5 minute walk from the ASM venue.
NB This function is not included in the full registration and is an additional cost for all member and non-member delegates.
This function has limited industry attendance at Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze levels only.

Date: Sunday 4th May 2025
Venue: Sunny’s Pizza, Solomon Street, Adelaide
Time: 7.30 pm onwards
Ticket cost: $49 pp - food only
Join your allied health colleagues for a dinner on Sunday night. Ticket cost is $49 per person and this covers your meal. Purchase your own drinks on the night.
