Parental Support for the ARA ASM 2025

The ARA is offering Parental Support Grants for financial members attending the ARA ASM 2025. These grants are intended to support members with children who require additional assistance to attend the conference. This initiative replaces onsite childcare and is particularly suited to members with babies or young children who need a caregiver’s presence to participate in the event.

Grant Details

  • The grant provides up to $1,500 to cover eligible travel and accommodation costs for a caregiver and children.

  • Other expenses, such as meals or childcare equipment, are not covered.

  • Funding is subject to availability, and applications will be assessed and provisionally accepted as they are received.

Your application must confirm:

  • You are a financial ARA member.

  • You have registered for the 2025 ARA ASM.

  • The intended use of the grant (e.g., travel, accommodation, or nanny expenses).

  • Details about the caregiver and children accompanying you. 

Important Notes

  • Successful applicants will receive a provisional approval email upon acceptance.

  • Reimbursement will be provided after the ASM, upon submission of valid tax receipts for the approved expenses.
